Whiskey Row Marathon

Yesterday Brant and I finished the Whiskey Row Half Marathon in Prescott. It was crazy! It was so hard. I finished at 2 hours 19 minutes. Brant finished at 2 hours and 3 minutes. He did awesome, considering the course. It was very steep hills, and is said to be one of the most toughest marathons in the United States....it wasn't very busy, thats for sure. It went up in elevation 1000 feet....but that was down and back up, down and back up. It was really hard. I got some good training for the full in June. Brant and I never did anything like that together either, so it was fun for us......we even slept in one king bed. haha.

Whiskey Row Marathon

On 5/1/2010 Brant and I finished the Whiskey Row half marathon....it was the hardest run of my life, and I got some great training in for my Full Marathon in June. It was up some very steep hills, and it was very challenging. It was fun for me and Brant to go do this together...we've never done anything like that before. Good bonding time...our room even had just one King bed...haha.

Summer is coming!

Everyone in Arizona hates the summer. I love it! I already have the kids dressed in their new swimming suits and have them playing in water outside. Carson was crying the other day when we were outside saying "Mom, its too cold!" I can't wait to go to waterparks and have Carson ALL day instead of taking him to school Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Allee is so cute in her new bikini with matching flip flops and sunglasses.

Traffic school.....I WISH!!

Yes, I got another traffic ticket. Yes, I get a traffic ticket every 2 years. Every 2 years you can go to traffic school. This year, I would be able to go to traffic school starting in November. My luck has run out, and I don't get to go to traffic school this time. I have to pay the fine, and have it on my "record". I never had a record before.
